Below you will find the different support models that exist for items published to the SailPoint Developer Community CoLab.
Please note that all items in the CoLab are community-developed and community-driven. These items are not a part of any official SailPoint support plans or SLAs.
SailPoint Certified 
The sailpoint-certified tag is only available to members of the SailPoint Technology Alliance program. These integrations are the result of a co-development process between SailPoint and the listed partner organization, and undergo additional validation steps prior to being published. Support for certified integrations is provided by the partner listed on the integration.
Community Developed 
Community developed integrations, tagged community-developed, are supported by the community. It is up to the community to collectively maintain these integrations. If we see that integrations are going unmaintaed for long periods of time by the community, we will flag these as #unmaintained. Community members are encouraged to contribute to community-developed and maintained integrations that they find valuable and that they have a vested interest in.
