Overview

This is for SailPoint’s SaaS Connectivity runtime, which connects to the PAN Customer Service Portal. This will allow you insights into the users and roles assigned in your portal—additional support for provisioning to be added soon.

  • Getting Started with SaaS Connectors in the CoLab - CoLab / SaaS Connectors - SailPoint Developer Community
  • Reach out to your Palo Alto CSP team to get an account enabled for API access. For API access, the OAuth client credentials grant type is used.
  • Retrieve OAuth credentials for the account from the Customer Support Portal.
    • Use CSP Account Selector to select the CSP account containing the users/members you want to manage with these APIs
    • Go to Account Management > OAuth API Management page
    • Click Regenerate Credentials in Scope ‘user-management’
