Overview

This plugin provides a dashboard to visualize events.

Requirements

  • Identity IQ - 8.1 or above
  • Java - 11 or above
  • Browser - Any Chromium or Firefox based browser

Prerequisites

  • To utilize this dashboard effectively your LifeCycle events & JML events should have an appropriate and unique ‘flow’ workflow variable.
  • Appropriate flow variable helps with managing and categorizing events much efficient and faster.

Guide

Installation

Simply drag and drop the plugin to install it

Configuration

  • By default the dashboard display all events.
  • But if you want only specific events to the shown in the dashboard you can Click on ‘Configure’ button on the plugin to open the Plugin Configuration
  • Events To Display - Select the events from dropdown that should be shown in the dashboard.
  • Click Save button at the bottom to save the configuration.

Permission

  • Anyone identity with the ‘System Administrator’ Capability can access the dashboard
  • Dashboard access to any identity can be given by assigning the ‘Events Dashboard Plugin Access’ Capability

Usage

  • Navigate to the home page, The Events Dashboard Plugin navigation icon will appear in the top navigation bar

  • Click the icon, The Events Dashboard Plugin Dashboard will open in the new tab.

  1. All the events that are available in the system, Clicking on each button will hide others except the clicked one.

  1. Always shows the recent 15 events
  • Clicking the Identity Request ID, Identity Name & Requester will navigate you to the respective page in a new tab.
  1. Click the expand button to expand a particular event into full-screen.

  • Clicking the Identity Request ID, Identity Name & Requester will navigate you to the repective page in a new tab
  • In the fullscreen view using the Results per Page, Date Range and the Filter button to search and Previous & Next buttons to navigate.
  • You can also use the Download CSV button to download the CSV report with the provided filter (NOTE:- During downloading the Results per Page value is always ignored, So that you will always get the full report for the given Date Range)
