Overview

The SailPoint Zapier integration allows you to automate SailPoint IdentityNow through the Zapier automation platform. This is a SailPoint supported integration that provides hooks for most of the IdentityNow event triggers as well as a handful of common actions.

Requirements

The only requirement is a Zapier subscription.

Guide

To use the SailPoint Zapier Integration, you can either visit the integration page or you can create a new Zap and search for “SailPoint”.

I am trying to create a POC for IdentityNow and Zapier Integration. I am using a demo partner instance for this

But the configuration page in Zapier shows as below and is not accepting identitynow-demo.com

Thanks for pointing that out Rajesh. I don’t have time to fix it today, but I will work on that next week. I also need to fix the Workato integration as well…

Hi @colin_mckibben When can I expect this change to made in Workato and Zapier. I also see the same for the SailPoint App available in Teams and Slack

Unfortunately, I won’t have time to work on it for the next few weeks. I have been caught up in other work and the holidays are here. I’m sorry, but it will have to wait until the new year.

@rajeshs I have updated the Zapier connector to version 1.1.0 to allow users to select which domain name to connect to during the connection setup. If you need more options for domain names, let me know.
