Salesforce source authorization error

For a salesforce source in ISC we have authorization error and we updated credentials as well, but still it is showing 401 error. Any idea on this?

In password ask your salesforce team to off mfa and in password give when he reset password they will get one private key
use in these format in password details
(password+private key)

A 401 error means your credentials could be wrong or you do not have permission. As @Chaithu9110 said, did you try (password+private key).
