Not able to see request for others option in request center despite having admin account

hey guys,

i was able to see “request for OTHER” option before to raise a request in “request centre” but now i am not able to see it in request center despite having an admin account. May i know why it happended?

If it is enabled , give sometime to ISC tenant It might comeback.If still issue persists open a support ticket.
