Users at my company are solely using SailPoint ISC to request Roles. When users navigate to the ISC Request Center, the default page shows “Applications” and users have to navigate to “Roles” to start searching for their request.
Is it possible to remove “Applications” and “Access Profiles” from displaying on the Request Center UI? We have already removed entitlements from being displayed by using the /v2024/access-request-config endpoint.
I know to hide an access profile you just have to remove the is requestable in the AP configuration.
for applications they have a similar setting that you can turn off.
By turning these off you can hide them from the request center. The other topic you could look into for further customization of what users sees is Segments. This allows you to define a user group and then allow for filtering of that items are viewable in the Request Center.

As of yet it is not possible to hide the options ‘Applications’ and ‘Access Profiles’. As mentioned above, you can only hide individual Applications / Access Profiles but the options are still there.
I think this needs to be a configurable option that SailPoint will need to provide in order to make the UI more user friendly.
