Request Center not showing option for Request for Others

When I open the Request Center in SailPoint ISC, it directly redirects to the Request for Myself page.
The UI does not show a separate option to choose between Request for Myself and Request for Others.

Hi,

When you go to Admin > Global > System Settings, select System Features in the left panel.

Under the Access Request section, is the option “By Everyone for Anyone” selected?
