We have been having issues concernig specific roles that wont show in “request center”, they are configured as requestable via admin UI and we can see its “requestable” via api “list roles”, but via search it shows requestable as “false”.
We have refreshed via “apply changes” multiple times, have also tried via api “patch specific role” , but nothing is working
Wait for sometime sailpoint sync runs which makes it visible in request center .if not raise a support ticket
Depending o the environment size it can take a while to process and update it.

we have noticed that if we remove a specific entitlement and then re put it, the role becomes visible
