I have created a role with entitlements and no access profile, and performed necessary configuration for doing access requests. However, I do not see roles under request center. Later on, I have added access profile,then I could able to see that role in request center. So, my question is, Is access profile mandatory to make role requestable ?

A role can have either one access profile or one entitlement to appear in the request center. Any one access item should be enough.
Please wait for 15 to 20 mins to appear both in request center as well as search after creating the role. I have just tested this with one entitlement in a role and it is working as expected and i was able to see the role in the request center.

I have tested this scenario in my tenant actually it took 10 to 20 min to reflect in the request center if I marked as requestable and again if you want to remove from request center again it will take 10 to 20 min to remove from request center.

Hi @Arpitha1 If you assign one entitlement or one access profile to the role that should be enough. Just make sure to enable the role and make it requestable. Any changes to the access items (entitlements, access profiles or roles) require a sync task to complete before these changes are reflected, you can monitor this task under Admin → Dashboard → Monitor, the name of the task is “BULK_SYNCHRONIZE_ROLES” for roles. Once this task is completed your changes should be reflected on the Request Center.

Thanks for your input. Yes, it is working fine, basically we supposed to wait 10-20 min, but I was searching in request center immediately.
