Access Profile not visible but the entitlement within the AP is visible on the identity

Hi Team,

we developed a web services connector to aggregate, the ISC users, entitlements as governance groups and trying to add and remove entitlements(Governance groups)

Since our tenant is configured to not have entitlements requestable, we have added an entitlement(Governance group) to an access profile and requested the AP for a user and the request is successful. We can see the entitlement in the Access/Entitlement list on the identity.

However, the Access profile is not visible on the identity?

Any insights please

@vbdm Run a aggregation. If you attached the entitlement to the access profile and the entitlement is showing but not the access profile. If it continues to happen put in a service ticket to research.

Aggregation had not effect.

@vbdm Delete the Access Profile and recreate it with the entitlement attached and try again.

Similar/identical issue where it’s been confirmed that deletion/recreation of AP could work (worked for me as well in the past, in few ocasions),
