Access Profiles arent being added to user Identity profile

I have created a VA based Web Service Connector. In HTTP Operations add entitlement is working properly. I am able to add a user to a group, but the access profile isnt being provisioned to the user identity profile. Therefore I am unable to test “remove entitlement”. Since there isn’t and access profile to remove I am unable to remove user from group in application.

Below is an example of Request Center stating to contact help desk since the provisioning process didnt complete. But when I look in the application the user was added to the correct group. Again the issue is the user is being added to the group, but the access profile isnt being added the users ID Profile/ nor do I see an entitlement under the users flexdeploy account.

I would try to investigate why the application is giving back a 404, leading ISC to believe that the provisioning failed.

If you run an aggregation on this source, does the account get updated with the proper groups attached?

Ensure you turn on logging for this source to catch the proper logging events.

Hello,

My topic is the same, but i have a problem of detection of an access profile during aggregation. My entitlements are 2 security groups on AD and i’ve created an AP for those two security group;

When i check if the Access tab of the identity that is supposed to have that PA, i have Access Profile(0), also the two entitlements do not show up in the Entitlements tab and i dont know why
