Access profile and entitlements are not given to an identity

Hello,

My topic is the same, but i have a problem of detection of an access profile during aggregation. My entitlements are 2 security groups on AD and i’ve created an AP for those two security group;

When i check if the Access tab of the identity that is supposed to have that PA, i have Access Profile(0), also the two entitlements do not show up in the Entitlements tab and i dont know why

Did you enable the Access Profile ?

Hi @shadow0224 ,

Please ensure that the entitlements are assigned to the Active Directory accounts, and also verify that the access profile are enabled and have the entitlements.

Yes, i enable the AP

Yes, sure, the AP IS enable, and it has the entilements,

When i juste put one entitlement of the two in the AP and when i Apply Changes, i can see that the identity has the access profile.

When i want to add the second entitelement also based on security group(it’s related to NPA), the AP is no more detected

Please verify that the AD account has been assigned both entitlements.
