Zoom Licensed and Basic access Queries

Hi Team,

I see that we cant select basic and licensed in one configuration.

I have onboarded a two sources for licensed users and basic users to provision to Zoom application.

Here i observe that when i aggregate zoom basic source and zoom licensed source. I’m getting all accounts irrespective of type.

  1. Can we restrict any where to get only basic users in basic source and licensed users in licensed source?(Any filter to restrict users while aggregation)

  2. And i see that , when i request a licensed role to Basic user , user is getting licensed account and basic account as well in sailpoint. (When user got licensed access,Basic access should be removed)

  3. When i disabled licensed user, user is turning into basic account. Even after enabling the account the user is remaining as basic only rather than licensed.(Is this the Zoom behavior )
