SailPoint unable to change the Zoom user types from Basic to Licensed

Hi,

Currently, if the user is not having an account in Zoom, SailPoint is able to create account of user type “Licensed” in Zoom application upon role request.

However, If the user is already having an account of User Type “Basic” in Zoom, SailPoint is not able to change the type of the user from “Basic” to “Licensed”.

From your description it seems that you are using role-based account creation.
So, it during access request process you are facing issue?

Let me know if there is some GAP in my understanding.
