Zoom user Type is not getting changed to Licensed from basic

Hi Team,

We have onboarded a Zoom application for Licensed type Users.

However we are getting all users(Basic and Licensed), when we aggregate Zoom application.

When we request a Licensed role to basic user, Role is getting assigned but User ype is not getting changed in SailPoint and Zoom application.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue ?

Do you see the role properly assigned at the target application, that is Zoom?

Licensed Role is some ISC Role or it is an entitlement and the attribute that is the issue “Usertype” is the account attribute that you want to be synced during this role provisioning?

Also are you using Webservice connector ?

Licensed Role is a IDN Role.

And Yes I wanted to change type from basic to Licensed once role is provisioned

Please check once your modify account and add entitlement operation configuration is having this attribute in request body?

If this attribute modification is present, then you will need some way to identify this role addition and then push this change.

Unless I am mistaken, it sounds like you might not even want to aggregate the basic users, just the licensed users. If you just want to aggregate licensed users, and the license status is an account attribute, then you can use a filter string on your source configuration to make sure only licensed users are aggregated. Here is the guide for filter string. I would make sure you use the v3 API for sources instead of the beta version listed in this doc.
