We are facing an issue where we would like to have users be able to do a ctrl-alt-delete on their laptops in the field to change their passwords and it automatically sync up with SailPoint IIQ and Active Directory. GINA is the platform we would use.Is this even possible?

Hi @derrickthomasvdot,

I dont know GINA, is a custom application of your company?

In every case, you can use password interceptor of SP. This add-on detect the pwd change on AD, provide the change in sailpoint and on target system if you want.

There is the documentation:

Hi Emanuele,

GINA stands for Graphical Identification and Authentication component. Basically using the ctrl+alt+del.

This will be needed for several laptops users in the field.

Ah ok, I always called ctrl-alt-del

With PWI you resolve the problem because you install it on iqservice server and it send the change to SP.

Can you please explain about PWI?

We are trying to prevent users on our network from going to our helpdesk and would like for them to go through their own laptops/desktops to reset their password.

PWI is Password Interceptor of SP.
