Unable to find requested for and opened by in request we have created through Servicenow service desk integration

Hi
We have integrated sailpoint identity now with Service now and we are able to create request in SNOW, However, we are unable to have the values for the fields requested_for, Opened_by.
Any help is much appreciated.

These fields appear to be tied to the configuration of the Requester Source. If your requested by or requested for user does not have accounts in this source, I don’t think they will be set.
