"Opened By" & "Requested For" value population in ServiceNow

Hi Team,

We’ve configured Servicenow governance connector and Servicenow desk ticketing tool integration. The values for “Opened By” & “Requested For” is not populating in Servicenow fields of “Opened By” & “Requested For”. We able to pass the same value by using $!plan.arguments.requested_for & $!plan.arguments.opened_by these arguments in other fields like description and short description. Could you please let us know, if anyone has such issue.

Typically I have seen those values not populating when the users do not have a ServiceNow account correlated to an Identity in the ServiceNow Governance connector.

We’re raising request for the user, which is correlated. Even if we pass static value in these fields, but still same result
