We’ve configured Servicenow governance connector and Servicenow desk ticketing tool integration. The values for “Opened By” & “Requested For” is not populating in Servicenow fields of “Opened By” & “Requested For”. We able to pass the same value by using $!plan.arguments.requested_for & $!plan.arguments.opened_by these arguments in other fields like description and short description. Could you please let us know, if anyone has such issue.
