ServiceNow integration in identityNow

We’ve done the ServiceNow ticketing integration. We are able to generate the ticket in ServiceNow. When we see the ticket the Opened_by and Requested_for fields are empty in ticket… As per the ServiceNow the ticket Opened_by and Requested_for should render as per sys_id.

We’re trying to pass the static values in the Opened_by and Requested_for fields, still no values. We’re assigned the Sailpoint catalog ID to all our disconnected applications.

Is anyone faces this type of issue. Please suggest

Yes we use before prov rule to update these values, or snow team can also add some customization
