IdentityNow ServiceDesk Integration

Hi Team,

While performing IdentityNow Service Desk integration, we are able to generate ticket in serviceNow but not able to see details in ticket like:

  1. Opened by

  2. Assigned to

  3. Description etc.

can someone please help.

We also had this issue when first setting it up, we had to open a ticket with SailPoint to get it fixed.
