ServiceNow Ticketing Errors

Hi there,

We have recently completed the integration between SailPoint and ServiceNow. We are able to raise tickets for provisioning requests but we have found that not all fields are populating in the ticket.For example the Opened By field is empty along with the Location of the requestor which we understand should be populated from the user information that the ticket is being requested for.

The Assignment group field is also empty and we believe this is because the configuration item information is not being retrieved from SNOW. We are receiving an error in SailPoint which indicates the sys_id’s for the catalog items are incorrect but we have checked this with our internal team and they are correct.

We are new to IdentityNow so any help would be greatly appreciated!
