Signing Certificate UI bug

What problem are you observing?

When you go to Admin->Global->Security Settings->Service Provider->Signing Certificate it always shows no certificate present. You have to reload the page on this location to get it to display certificate information

What is the correct behavior?

The page should show certificate information on first page load.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

go to Admin->Global->Security Settings->Service Provider->Signing Certificate
and if you have imported a valid certificate, it will not be shown. It will tell you

Do you have any other information about your environment that may help?

Sandbox and prod.

This bug has been reported in a customer support case 12months ago. It is still not fixed.

This is still broken. Can anyone provide an update?

Sorry about the typo “singing” instead of “signing”. I cannot edit the first post. As far as I know certificates cannot sing :stuck_out_tongue: .

I can confirm it is still broken, and annoying because it makes you think something is not properly configured.

But this is not the answer you want to hear…
