My docusign connector has stopped working in PROD and SB

We have detected an error from the managed system.

Error Received:

[docuSign-eSignature-saas]: [ConnectorError] error receiving response from connector: stream client connection is broken (connector process may have crashed)

can you check with app team regarding credentials it is still valid or they disabled service account

Checking with the, I suspect the certificate where the RSA private key is held has expired.

We are also facing the same problem. Is it something to do with the Connector ?

Same problem here, do you received any update from SailPoint?

We contacted DocuSign to understand if the problem was on their end, but apparently everything was fine. We then opened a ticket with Sailpoint for them to validate the issue, but we haven’t received any feedback yet on what the problem is. Does anyone have any more information about this?

We have raised a support ticket and received following response.

Our Engineering team has identified this issue as a bug and are working on the potential fix of the issue.

As of now, we don’t have any ETA for the resolution of this issue. You can track the progress of the bug using the reference CONSEALINK-8294 on the support portal.

In our environment, the DocuSign connector is back online. The Sailpoint team responded that the issue has been resolved.
