ServiceNow Service Catalog Widget Configuration

Hi experts,

One of our clients uses the ServiceNow Service Catalog, which we have recently updated to the latest version (4.1). When I read the documentation, there is a new feature called SNOW widget (was introduced during 3.x versions), where we can use the ISC built-in widgets or we can create our custom widget based on the client’s requirement. While checking the configuration, I see the latest plugin still uses the old widget (ISC Request), we would like to use the new widget (ISC Request 2). I was wondering if we have the document that has the steps for configuring the widgets, so if any knows how to do it or share the documentation link (if it’s available).

Gm Karthikeyan, there no sailpoint documentation as this is a very much ServiceNow customization.

You could find somethings here and there but there is any oficial things
