Is it possible to get rid of the “Validate” button the attached screenshot? It is part of the SailPoint ServiceNow catalog integration widget.

Yes, but you would have to modify the widget. I know they were rolling out more widget “options” so you can configure them without having to change them but I’m not familiar with that particular widget.
Yes you can, In our catalog integration, we do not have this button. You’ll have to customize the widget to get it removed just like Mark suggested.

@reshmi_sajeesh , These widgets are customizable. You may have a Manage Access widget you might need to customize. You can access Widgets by navigating from the Platform View > Click All > Search for Service Portal > Scroll to find Widgets > Here you’ll see the entirety of widgets you have at disposal.
Click on the relevant one and scroll down to find Related Links and click Open in Widgets Editor. You can customize the widget to remove this button.
