Currently team goes to ServiceNow and creates a ticket for account Creation in AD.
We need to integrate this thing with SailPoint, so team creates a ticket in ServiceNow, we get the request in Sailoint and then we create the user from Sailpoint to AD
Hi @mayamis1703eq WADR, this is the SailPoint developers community where people come where they have a problem with a SailPoint product and have followed all the docs, but can’t get it to work. This is not the place to ask how SailPoint works. Yes, I’m sure someone will answer your question in an attempt to earn points, but it defeats the purpose of this community.

Hi @mayamis1703eq , the documentation walks you through it. Please note that there are apps that need to be installed on the ServiceNow side for integrations which may require additional costs.
