We are trying to integrate Servicenow Service Desk application with our SailPoint IIQ to manger snow tickets, we checked on community and found that there is no “Servicenow Service Desk” connecter availibale for SailPoint 8.3P4 version, while it is present for 8.2 and 8.4.
Could you please suggest if there is a way to integrate Service now Service desk with SailPoint IIQ 8.3p4 version.

I rechecked the portal this connector is not available “SailPoint ServiceNow Service Desk Integration”. we not looking for Generic Service Desk. Could you please suggest on this
so you are not looking for " Service Desk" listed on that link? As per you post, you want to create SNOW tickets from IIQ. so, this is the connector you should be using.

It is there for 8.2 and 8.4 but not available for 8.3
well, you are right on missing doc on 8.3 but the connector is supported. You should be able to see and use one that’s available for 8.4.
you can create another thread and add tag “feedback” to let SailPoint team about missing doc on 8.3.
