Role not visible

I have created a role and all the fields are set properly and made that requestable & also enabled it its been more than 20 hrs and i dont see that in search as well as a request center tried applying changes to that role but didnt work. RIght now i tried creating another one as a duplicate still waiting for it to be displayed in search.

Any inputs beyond this is appreciated

added entitlement or AP? also have you checked common access?

added entitlement and common access is unchecked

for now am not getting anything as you said already applied changes as well, may be check role which you created in enabled state? of course you might have enable

yes let me wait for another day to see if something kicks in this changes.

Check if any job is running , Navigate to
Admin → Dashboard → Monitor

I have a similar issue and have opened a ticket with SPS

We have had issues like this especially because we have large number of Attr Sync enabled at ones(reflects on the different queues in monitor) or we have had our tenant impact other tenants in the same pod.

So best is to raise a support ticket.

The support cleared our queues for our case and things go back to normal

Hello,

I have observed the same many times and following are the post observations.

  1. Once the role is created and enabled, it directly do not appear in the Request Center Page.
  2. If you apply the changes on the roles, it will complete a Refresh and then, your role will appear on the Request Center after couple of mins depending upon number of roles your tenant has.
  3. Also, you need to make sure that you are not enabling the Role during the scheduled refresh of 8am and 8pm CST.
  4. The enablement of role depends upon the existing processes running on the tenant which you can track through “Monitor” page of ISC.

We have experienced the same issue yesterday and we thought this might be just us.

Was it a wider issue or only a few customers were affected? I can’t see anything about this issue on the SailPoint status page.

Issue is occurring because, backed tasks are running continuously. we need to stop those tasks then it will work fine.

It usually takes about 15 minutes, until the new role is visible in the Request Center.
