I am trying to find the OOB workflow for when a user needs to unlock an identity’s account going through Manage Access>Manage Accounts. I need to change the OOTB verbiage for the email template being used. I do not recognize it in business processes so i need a bit of assistance.

The OOTB workflow will be “LCM Provisioning”.

You can check or change this in Settings (gear icon) → Lifecycle Manager → Business Processes

Or find the EmailTemplate in the workflow and just change as you require.

you can find the workflow configured for unlock account under Business process tab in LifeCycle Manager.
