I am unable to ‘Request Account’ from manage accounts page for identities. Button ‘Request Account’ is disabled. I have enabled ‘Applications that support additional account requests’ option under Lifecycle manager configuration page and also configured ‘Allow requesting new accounts’ under quicklink populations for all the quicklinks. Can you please let me know if any configuration is missing from my side.

You have to go to LCM Configuration and there is list of applications which support “Account Only Requests”, you have to add at least one application there.
Second thing you have to check is go to Quicklink Populations config in Gear Menu and ensure everyone (or desired one) has Request Account quicklink assigned.
