*[ I have configured an Okta Web Services-based application in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including the test connection ,create operation,account aggregation, group aggregation. However, when I navigate to Manage Accounts, the Request Account option is disabled for users.
In the LCM Provisioning Configuration, I have already selected the configured Okta application under âApplications that support additional account requestsâ.
Could you please help me understand why the Request Account button is still disabled and how to enable it?,

Thank you so much for your response. I have enabled âManage Accountsâ and performed a logout and login. Iâve also attached screenshots of the Quick Links and Manage Accounts sections.
