Request account button is greyed out

Hi All

I am using V8.3, I have enabled request accounts as well as quicklinks population in LCM, still request account button is greyed out, could you please advice . Have checked from other topics here as well as gpt, still same problem remains

Hello @noob_iiq

Please make sure you have added that application in Applications that support account only requests and not just Applications that support additional account requests. Both are different - former enables user to request an account, while the latter ensures you can still request for more accounts on the application even if you have one account.

Enable the following option as well:
Navigate to Quicklink Population and select Everyone. Then go to the Quicklink tab, configure Manage Accounts, and enable the Allow Requesting New Accounts option.

superb guys !! Issue is fixed, thanks so much ! Applications that support account only requests and not just Applications that support additional account requests did the trick !
