Modifying Work Items Page to Display additional values such as Role/Entitlement Name

We are looking to include additional information regarding work items on the My Work > Work Items page. Specifically, information surrounding what the work item is for i.e. role name/entitlement name.

Our approvers and manual fulfillers frequently have a large number of work items and it would be incredibly useful to be able to tell what they were for without having to individually click on the details for each one.

We reviewed “UI Customization with UIConfig in IdentityIQ 8.4 - Compass” and found some information in on a UI Config Attribute called entry key=”uiWorkItemListCardColumns but we were wondering what the possible values are that can be added here and also, how to go about doing so, as we are not familiar with UI Config Attributes.

Can entitlement/role name be added? Is there a list of values that can be added?

If you want to pass entitlement/role name in workitem or any other attributes then you have to pass from Workflow to approval step.
