I would like to customize the WorkItem title. Currently, it displays like this:
Identity Approval - Account Changes for User: testuser
However, I want to enhance it so it includes the user’s email and display name as shown below:
Identity Approval - Account Changes for User: testuser ([email protected])
Could you please guide me step by step on how to achieve this?

I think you can do it, the default is identityname or identity display name. Are you using OOTB LCM Provisioning workflow?
I’m currently using the default workflow, but I’m not even sure which workflow this process is actually using.
I’m also not sure where I should be setting the value.
Do you happen to have any documentation for this, or could you kindly guide me through it?
you need to use the custom ApprovalAssignment rule to modify this . ootb workflow uses buildCommonApprovals.
