Describe

Hello,

I would like to customize the WorkItem title. Currently, it displays like this:

Identity Approval - Account Changes for User: testuser

However, I want to enhance it so it includes the user’s email and display name as shown below:

Identity Approval - Account Changes for User: testuser (test@email.com)

Could you please guide me step by step on how to achieve this?
