There is a problem with the work item, we see that the account is the {objectGuid} in the workitem, we want to update the sameaccountname in the work item so where
we need to update it.

what is the native identity attribute for this application?

Native identity is object guid only
For your use case please mark the sameaccountname as display attribute on the application side.

It is showing Samaccount name
is this the case that you have been shift from guid to samaccount name for display attribute? I would suggest to re-ran the aggregation and check for the new workitem.

How can we get the native identity=”samaccname” instead of objectguid, I have verified another environment it is showing sam accountname without changing the native identity in app identity attribute configuration, can you please let me know where the workitem and approvals set build in LCM provisioning
no need to change the native identity attribute. You can give a try, for fresh aggregation with disable optimization option in account aggregation task.
