Hi @ayadav_12,

take a look on logs and syslogs and share the result

Hi @enistri_devo ,

Unable to find anything in syslog. Is that related with efix? if yes, can you please share me the relevant efix to configure in the environment.

Thanks
Amit

Hi @ayadav_12

You can try fetching application server logs, you may find something there. Additionally you can also try restarting all the servers.

you have posted a generic error, I cant say something with it. Try to find the error into catalina.out.

I dont think its correlated with efix, most probabily with something wrong with taskDefinition\taskResult object but without the error its difficult to understand,

Hi @enistri_devo ,

Unable to find anything in catalina logs. It looks like large data issue because it’s being failed while loading otherwise if i search something in search bar. then it shows the particular result. Can you please help as how can i resolve this

Thanks
Amit

I cant help you if I dont know the error.
So, clean catalina file and reload the page and check another time catalina.

Hi @ayadav_12

This could be a UI config issue.

Please provide an export of your UI Config so I can compare it with the default and check for any differences.

Steps to follow:

  1. Connect to the iiq console.
  2. Run export uiConfig.xml UIConfig as shown below.
  3. You will find the exported file under ../WEB-INF/bin.

Hi @ayadav_12,
Kindly share the Catalina.out logs to check the error, which will help us provide any input towards resolution.

Thanks

That is typically a timeout issue. You can have the DBAs see if there are long running queries or and index that needs to be rebuilt. I assume if you go into the debug page and view TaskResults you see quite a few objects?

Hi @ayadav_12 ,

If its Fixed , Please accept the solution which helps or put your solution that how you fixed it . If not then share the Logs so it can be further Analyzed . It does not seem related to efix .
Also can you try to do a server restart itself instead of service restart .
