Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

8.4

New with Sailpoint. Successfully installed and added few identities but suddenly Sailpoint stopped loading.

Please share any other relevant files

Sailpoint not loading. Tried Tomcat restart but no luck, attached are the logs.

Hi, can you check the Database connectivity. Are you able to connect to the DB or not?

check the status of DB instance and the configuration of iiq.proprieties.

DB connectivity seems okay, able to login.
Attached logs for reference.

Verified following from iiq.properties file :
dataSource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3308/identityiq?
pluginsDataSource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3308/identityiqPlugin
dataSourceAccessHistory.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3308/identityiqah
