JDBC Create Account - Recommended Mappings erroring out

Hey I have simple pretty straight forward JDBC application onboarded to ISC , correlation inplace , account schema inplace and there are customization rules Defined in It

im just testing out few ISC recommandation features but it is erroring out

I have seen the same behaviour way back with Correlation recommandations too
Note:no customization rules , correlation in place ,account schema aligns with create account
and increased source healthcheck time as well but no luck

Follow the below steps and see whether recommendations gets resolved.

  1. Check the Data and Adjust the Account Correlation Rule. It seems no accounts are correlated for source to any identity
  2. Run FULL AGGREGATION for JDBC source
  3. Check the Account Schema and see all attributes are correctly entered

@rohit_wekhande , As I already called it out , there is no correlation rule and accounts are aggregated even though it showing that error

Last thing schema is something will discover for JDBC connector type ,we will not update anything until and unless the custom requirement,

I called it out this is simple OOTB JDBC CONNECTOR Config

Hello Avinash,

Yes, i understood that from your previous post, but, i do not think that recommendations approach will work without correlation rule as it might require it while creating the CREATE ACCOUNT PROFILE for your source. Though you are saying its simple connector, its fine but you might require these base configurations in place to make that work.

Hence, recommended to create all base artifacts such Acc Correlation Rule.
