Test Account Correlation feature is erroring out

Hello Sailors ,

even after configuring multiple Correlation Configurations using identity mapping and source reset , unoptimized aggregation

Test account correlation feature is erroring out with this error

Most of accounts got correlated except very few
ex if source has 100 accounts 93-95 got correlated 5-7 were uncorrelated
UAT more concerned about error ratherthan actual account correlation / uncorrelated accounts
anyone faced similar issue before

Is it happening frequently? From error message, seems like it is related to correlation recommendations.

If the error comes on correlation recommendation, increase the aggregateTimeout and see whether it works.

If it is a Test Correlation error,

  • It could be due to data inconsistency, please compare the correlation identity attribute and account attribute values and names and it should match for the valid accounts.
  • Try a full aggregation and test again and see it fixes the error
  • If you are using any correlation rule, validate the rule, it should be error free.
