We have disconnected apps to review but onboarding as delimited some of the accounts are in uncorrelated state though everything looks good any suggestions?
Have you configured correct correlation?
Since only few account are correlated this means there could be a chance of having invisiable spaces or special characters. can you open csv file in text editor (not the excel) and check if any hidden characters before uploading.
- Verify the exact correlation attributes values.
- check whether multiple identities match the same account
- Review Identity Profile transforms
- Re-run aggregation after identity refresh
I have done these steps but not succeeded
Tried this as well, still have uncorrelated accounts
As you did all the scenarios I assume your correlation values might be numeric can you try ascending or descending sort and re aggregate
Can you run the aggregation with unoptimization? Those accounts came in as uncorrelated and won’t automatically re-correlate on the next optimised aggregation.
Run an unoptimised aggregation via API or VS Code
and also check the below post? since there are lot many parameter why correlation is not working
