@sagr0812 it could maybe be something with a processing error. Please try updating the priority on the identity profile (if it was 80, set it to 70, if it was 70 set it to 60 etc..) and then run an identity profile processing via sync-identity-profile | SailPoint Developer Community. I had similar inconsistencies with identities and auth source, which somehow got “self-resolved“ after some time, Number of identities don’t appear for corresponding Identity profile on Identity Profiles list - Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / ISC Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community
