Incorrect / Confusing documentation: Email Template "Access Sunset Date Reminder"

Two issues with the documentation:

1. The attributes / variables shown in the template body example don’t match what’s in the attributes table.
2. The template body example seems to be sending the email to the original requester of the access request, not the requestee / beneficiary of the access request.
