Approval reminder email is missing for Access Request

The below email template is not working. Instead ISC sends the initial Access Request Email as a Reminder email instead of the below email.

Please consider addressing the following when creating your topic:

  • What have you tried? This template is not in use
  • What errors did you face (share screenshots)? No errors as the existing template is not in use.
  • Share the details of your efforts (code / search query, workflow json etc.)?
  • What is the result you are getting and what were you expecting?

If the template is not currently in use and there are no errors being reported, I’m not entirely sure what the concern is. Could you please share a bit more context or details so we can better understand the issue and address it effectively?

Hi Sreeram,

ISC is not sending reminder email to approver using the above-mentioned email template.

It is using the standard email template which is being used when initial access request is created.

Its best to open ticket with SailPoint Support in this case.

I know couple of projects who are facing issues with Standard email templates that SailPoint has..
