Access Request for others and Access Request for on behalf email templates are not working as expected in sailpoint identity now is not working

Hi Team,
When I am raising anm access request for others and accessrequest for self the email templates “Access Request for self” and “Access request for others” templates mails are not sending instead “Access request submitted email for requester after validation mail is sending” when i raise access request for self and others.Please suggest how to configure and tag the accessrequest for self template when raising access request for self and access request for others template should be sent when raising access request for others.

Just conformation have you check is there email redirect to any test mail in Admin–> Global–> Email templates.

If yes, then please change to Intended recipients

Also, please check the subject line of the email template to see whether it contains ‘stopped’ or ‘no_stopped’.

It is bug on few tenants. It has been faced by many others recently . Please raise a support ticket.

I have checked from my side. It’s working fine for me.
Just go to Admin > Global > Email Templates

  1. Click on Settings and make sure proper email is configured (intended/test Email).

  2. click on the template on which you are facing issues.
    Inside the template you will have button “Test” click and check whether you are getting email or not.
