Strange Email behaviour when requesting an access profile trough an application

Hello everyone, I created in my test environment a logic application with some access profiles in it. This because I want to simplify the user experience of final users. By the way I noticed that the email that Sailpoint is sending to the requestor of an access profile chosen into an application is not sending the information about the item requested. This is the email received by the requestor:

Your request for access forUser was submitted.
 
Dear User,
You've requested access for the following identities:
User:
The following item(s) was requested successfully:
Thanks,
The IdentityNow Team 

I haven’t touched the standard email template. Anyone can give me advices on add the informations about the item requested into the email of the requestor? or it is a bug of the product that is not sending the info when requesting an access profile torugh an application?

I think it’s a bug from SailPoint end. One of the users also posted the same.

Email template error "Access Request Submitted Email for Requester After Validation Email Template"

Guys, this email template “Access Request Submitted Email for Requester After Validation Email Template” is not working even in the default way it comes, I am not able to list the selected entitlements, has anyone else had this problem? [Captura de tela de 2025-04-09 12-11-06]
