Email template error "Access Request Submitted Email for Requester After Validation Email Template"

Guys, this email template “Access Request Submitted Email for Requester After Validation Email Template” is not working even in the default way it comes, I am not able to list the selected entitlements, has anyone else had this problem?

I’m seeing this bug as well.

It used to be working fine on March 27th…Something changed on SailPoint side (not the email template) between then and April 1st.

Is this bug still open?

It’s still a bug today, as of 5 minutes ago.

Seriously…the QA… At least we’re not building something that flies, I guess. :smiley:

I noticed that in certain hours of the day the behaviour is different, this morning wasn’t working, now is working and tomorow? Who knows, we can bet on it. It seems that the behaviour is indeterministic of this product.

I wrote to the support and they said me that they fixed the bug today at 16:45 IST :slight_smile:
