How do you track the event to see if an email is triggered?

Does this also work for type:entitlement?

Is it a scheduled job that runs multiple times in a day, or does it trigger exactly 7 days when the date and time are met?

Thank you for the heads up!.

I am consolidating all questions:

  1. How to track the events for automated triggered email?
  2. Do we need to enable any flag to make this work (it is not working on our tenant)
  3. Is it a scheduled job that runs multiple times a day or does the queue send an email immediately when the date time is exactly 7 days?
  4. It will support all types - entitlement, access profile and role
