Getting error while trying to connect the workday with ISC

i am geeting below error:

[ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] Exception : Exception occurred while generating access token: Unable to generate access token. Response returned: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

i have put the client secret and refresh token as per the client butstill wd having above eror ?? can someone pls help

This error looks to me to be a connectivity issue, not a credentials issue. I’m assuming you are using the VA based Workday connector. Does your VA have connectivity to Workday? Perhaps there is a firewall blocking the connection or (if using a proxy) have some issues with the proxy?

yes it is VA based connector for workday

Hi @Rakesh_Singh_1234 Has the Workday tenant implemented an IP address white-list for connections and if so, have the VA(s)/proxies been added?
